Gorgeous vintage 1980’s dark blue metallic taffeta skirt with bustle on back.  Beautiful double layers of ruffles and bustle covering zipper and button with hook and eye closure. Tag says size 6 Made in U.S.A. by designer Cathy Hardwick. No damage.
